The slurry pump uses the dynamic principle and rheological characteristics of solid-liquid mixture to design the hydraulic and structural design of the flow passage components of the pump, so as to conform to the movement rules of solid-liquid mixture in the pump runner, reduce eddy current and partial loss, and reduce wear and tear.
According to the trajectory of solid particles in the solid-liquid mixture in the runner, the blade shape and the runner shape are designed.
